Equity in your Coaching course
Everyone should have access to sport, regardless of gender, age, race, ability, faith or sexual orientation. A Coach has an important role to play in ensuring this happens.
Equity In Your Coaching is designed to be attended by a sports coach. The tutor will use coaching examples to help coaches understand how they, as a coach in their coaching practice, should be equitable in their language and actions towards different people. Coaches have an important role to play in ensuring this happens therefore the workshop will help them to apply and extend their existing skills, meet the needs of present and potential participants and find out where to go for further information.
This workshop will help you to apply and extend your existing skills to meet the needs of present and potential participants.
