The course will help to show you how to recruit more volunteers, motivate, retain, reward and manage them even more effectively.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- develop an understanding of the importance of volunteers in English Sport
- Promote co-ordinated planning for Volunteer recruitment, retention, reward and recognition
- Identfy what clubs and sports organisations should do to prepare themselves to receive new young volunteers, and the type of roles they can undertake.
